Fees & Rebates
-
Standard consultations (50 minutes) are $230. The out-of-pocket cost with a Mental Health Treatment Plan Medicare rebate is $133.35.
-
You do not require a GP referral to access individual therapy sessions.
Although, you may be eligible to claim a Medicare rebate if you have a referral letter and Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP.
-
You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate under a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan. Please discuss this with your GP who will determine if you are eligible to obtain the maximum Medicare rebate of $96.65 for up to 10 consultations per calendar year.
Medicare rebates are available for Telehealth services. The Medicare rebate is the same for in person and Telehealth services.
-
All session fees must be paid on the day of your appointment.
When you complete the intake form, it will ask you for credit or debit card details. These details will be securely stored in Halaxy. The card you provide will be charged directly after the session. If you have a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan, the Medicare rebate will be processed at this same time.
If you have extras cover in your private health insurance policy, you may be able to claim for psychological services. Please check directly with your provider regarding your eligibility.
Please note, we do not see clients via third-party insurers such as Workcover, TAC, Victims of Crime, and NDIS.
-
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must arrange this 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. If you are unwell and unable to attend your in person session, we do offer Telehealth as an alternative.
Clients are sent reminders by text and email and are able to manage their appointments online.
