Hi, I’m Caitlynn Ashton

I’m a psychologist based in Hawthorn.

I work with adolescents and adults who often appear capable and put-together on the outside, but internally feel overwhelmed, anxious, or self-critical.

I aim to create a space where you feel safe to slow down, try new things, learn about yourself, and feel supported.

Here are the ways we can work together

I work collaboratively and at a pace that feels right for you, balancing reflection with practical support.

This may involve understanding underlying experiences, while also developing tools to navigate thoughts, emotions, and relationships in everyday life.

Therapy is tailored to you, grounded in a trauma-informed and inclusive approach.
